DyMar Inc. was retained to solve drainage, ADA accessibility, failing and aged pavement, trip hazards, parking conflicts, lighting, and signage.
DyMar Inc. developed a comprehensive site assessment of existing conditions and alternative solutions with cost estimates to provide options to the community. DyMar orchestrated a community participation program for transparency of the options and costs from inception to completion. A paving phasing plan was developed with the contractor to manage parking and traffic control during construction. The result was a construction cost of $100,000 below the original estimates over a 9 month construction period that improved the overall appearance of the community.
