Project Highlights:

Our Challenge:

DyMar Inc. was retained to Create a village style community of a traditional New England homestead with minimal disturbance to wetlands, while solidifying a balance between quality and conservation.

Our Solution:

DyMar Inc. created an award winning village style community that meanders into the landscape dominated by the environmental setting, offering residents and visitors alike, peace and tranquility. Home sites are carefully located into distinct neighborhoods woven into the landscape highlighted by natural screens and buffers. The impact to wetlands was less than a half acre of the total flagged. The community center provides a central location for all to enjoy family life with neighbors to create friendships and memories.

Our Deliverable:

Master planning, permit approvals, site civil design including a water line extension and sewage pump station, land surveying, layout and as-builts, condominium documents, construction support services, and value engineering.
