EXPERIENCE RECORD:

As President, Ms. Lancor is the founder of DyMar, responsible for the overall administration and management of DyMar’s operations. She brings to this position over thirty years of diversified experience in the organization, management and operations of architectural, land survey and engineering service companies. The client base she has developed over the years includes private industry, municipal and state departments, construction companies and real estate developers. Ms. Lancor sees to the day-to-day duties of running the company, including personnel, payroll, accounts payable and receivables, insurance, purchasing, management reporting and analysis, contracts and fiscal project management, company policies and procedures, and the selection of new hires. She interacts closely with clients and staff to address contract service obligations, disputes and terms and conditions with staff input. Over the years, Ms. Lancor has developed a reputation for creating a highly reputable organization and tract record that is based on fundamental principles of sound engineering and land surveying practices. Prior to organizing DyMar, Ms. Lancor worked for Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall in White Plains for five years, a multinational A/E firm, working in the capacity as the Office Manager for a staff of 30, which also included a construction management division.
